This group of single-family homes and duplexes backs up to Wakonda Club, one of Des Moines most prestigious golf courses, and Jim knew he wanted the grounds to look every bit as pristine as the course.
Wakonda Living trusts Perficut to handle overall site maintenance, irrigation, landscape architecture, and snow/ice management. The site occupies approximately 145,000 square feet, and the team uses equipment that is right-sized to the lay of the land, which means smaller mowers in tight areas or on sloping terrain. With the right equipment for each part of the job, Perficut keeps the property in top shape so that homeowners can be proud of where they live.
