BENEFITS AT PERFICUT

HEALTH INSURANCE

All full-time employees are eligible for an array of comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, vision and other auxiliary products. Seasonal employees who average 30 hours per week annually are also eligible for medical coverage.

LIFE INSURANCE

All full-time employees are provided with a term life insurance policy and an opportunity to purchase additional life insurance through our group life policy without medical underwriting.

COMPANY CLOTHING

All members of our production teams are provided with company uniforms and discounts on high-quality company apparel. Uniform deposit required.

401K MATCH

All employees with one year of tenure and at least 1,000 hours of service are eligible for an employer 401k match up to 4 percent.

PAID TIME OFF

All employees are automatically enrolled in Perficut’s PTO program which rewards employees with up to 20 days of paid time off per year (based on tenure), six paid holidays and other paid days off for special circumstances.

ONGOING TRAINING

Perficut is dedicated to the continuous improvement and development of all employees through regularly scheduled training events, continuing education seminars, certification programs and other educational opportunities.

Referral Bonus

REFERRAL BONUS: CURRENT EMPLOYEES

The Perficut referral program for current employees has the opportunity to provide bonuses of up to $350.

Employee Referral Program

Current employees have the potential to earn a referral bonus for successful new hires that they recommend.

Program Rules

  • Available to current employees
  • Applicant must note employee name within original application
  • Current employee and new hire must both be employed by Perficut at time of bonus
  • Direct supervisor or hiring manager not eligible

Loyalty Bonus

LOYALTY BONUS: NEW HIRES

New employees who are hired through Perficut's referral program can earn up to $500.

Loyalty Bonus Details

  • $100 once the new hire has been employed for 30 days and scores satisfactory on their performance checklist presented during their monthly one-on-one discussion
  • $100 once the new hire has been employed for 60 days and scores satisfactory on their performance checklist presented during their monthly one-on-one discussion
  • $300 once the new hire has been employed for 90 days and scores satisfactory on their performance checklist presented during their monthly one-on-one discussion

Program Rules

  • New hire must be employed by Perficut at time of payout
  • If employee is laid off during program payment time, payment will cease
  • New hire must be an eligible driver
  • Each payment will be completed upon manager's completion of performance checklist and approval by Human Resources
  • Eligible for all hires
