Transforming an outdoor space is one of the easiest ways to make a house feel like a home. For Perficut, it’s also one of the ways our team continues to live the details. This residential project combined innovative landscape design with detailed execution, all while drawing from the home’s style and aesthetic.

Unique features like custom fountains and a bocce ball court take this outdoor space to the next level by incorporating raw materials like Wisconsin stone and crushed sea shell. The site’s irrigation system varies depending on the foliage planted and measures soil moisture levels to ensure optimal plant health. Seasonal planters and spiral topiaries accent the landscape design and draw visitors to the front door of this beautiful home.
