Perficut supports The Avenues of Ingersoll and Grand to help the Self-Supported Municipal Improvement District (SSMID) to achieve their goal to create and sustain a clean, safe, beautiful, and healthy environment within the district. Spanning from Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway to 42nd St. in Des Moines, this initiative draws inspiration from renowned landscape architect Douglas Hoerr, celebrated for his iconic median planters on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Hoerr is also the landscape designer of the World Food Prize Hall of Laureates garden.
