Perficut and Redwood Living began their partnership in the spring of 2018 and have grown together as the Ohio-based company expanded its footprint into Iowa.
As the single-story neighborhoods were built and have expanded in the cities of Altoona, Ankeny, Waukee, and Grimes, Perficut has worked to maintain and beautify those properties and provide a landscape that residents are proud to enjoy every day.
From cutting grass, pruning trees and shrubs to bed and pond maintenance, Perficut has done it all at Redwood neighborhoods across the Des Moines metro. As they have grown into beautiful, sprawling 170+ unit sites, the partnership has also included landscape construction projects with the Grimes location expanding and Waukee adding a second neighborhood in that community.
