Director of Snow Operations
Lance Weigel is Perficut’s Director of Snow Operations for Des Moines. In this role, he oversees the entire snow management program, from the big-picture strategic planning for our snow customers to the small stuff like making sure all of our equipment gets serviced in a timely manner.
Lance also monitors supply and equipment levels to make sure Team Perficut has what they need to deliver the best experience every time. Lance holds himself and his team to high standards and is committed to leading by example.
